This smoothie is so delicious and creamy. The Almased has been helping me to feel full and energized until lunch time.
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen mangos
1 frozen banana cut into pieces
1 tbs Chia Seeds
3 tbs Almased powder
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender (we use the Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.
If you choose fresh fruit instead of frozen, add about 1 cup of ice before blending.
