Blackberry Meta-Booster

Blackberries are high in antioxidants and so sweet and tasty too! Try this smoothie for an extra boost of deliciousness in the morning or after a workout!



1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup fresh baby spinach

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

1/2 cup fresh or frozen peaches

1 frozen banana

1 tbs chia seeds

3 tbs Almased Powder

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy. If using fresh fruit, add a cup of ice before blending.
