Can you believe the holidays are almost here?! Stores are already blaring holiday music and lined with Christmas decorations. It makes me a little sad that Thanksgiving hardly gets a chance out there because it is one of the best holidays, no presents involved; just family, friends and good food!
Today I’m sharing a fun Fondue Recipe I plan to bring to our family’s Thanksgiving Dinner. It’s got a little spin on it because it isn’t your basic cheddar or white cheese fondue. I’m using Great Midwest® Flavored Artisan Cheeses to make this fondue stand out in the crowd on the appetizer table. I used the Mango Fire Cheese this time around, next time I’m going to try the Cranberry Cheddar for a sweeter flavor. The beauty of fondue is it is very easy to make and even easier to play around with flavor!
Who doesn’t love cheese? Besides my 5 year old daughter, I can’t think of a single person! I LOVE cheese and am so thankful I can eat it again. I was lactose intolerant for the majority of my life but grew out of it, thank goodness. Enjoy!
If you try this recipe out please let me know what you think! I promise it is super easy, because…I made it!
